This river is mixed with green and yellow Guijiang Xunjiang and converges distinct yellow-duck river, with very clear river water. Song poet Su Shi had once mentioned he loved this clean river so much, which means of being honest and good like the clean water. Putting same idea in Hong Kong at that period, this has represented ofbeing ‘Hong Kong-ners’ firmly, with its own distinct characteristics.
